Adult Group Classes
These classes offers a variety of unique and challenging interval workouts that will push your level of fitness in the areas of : strength, cardio, agility, balance, core and more! Each workout is designed for all levels of fitness and has the option for modifications to be offered for all exercises. Each day is a different workout that builds on the previous sessions and gives you a total body workout every day!
Youth Training
These small group sessions will focus on Strength, agility, flexibility, coordination and conditioning. This is for athletes Grades 3-12 looking to take their game to the next level.
All of these sessions will be held at the Zimmerman location.
Online Nutrition Coaching
We understand the importance of education when it comes to tracking macronutrients and gaining a better understanding of the foods we consume. Through weekly check-ins, our clients have the opportunity to discuss their progress, ask questions, and receive ongoing support as they navigate their nutritional journey while working 1 on 1 with a nutrition coach.
Basketball Group Training
These small group training will help develop the fundamental basketball skills needed to compete in Traveling and High School basketball. We will help you develop confidence and also taking ownership for your own personal development. Skills are developed in the off-season, now is the time to take your game to the next level!
